Job Summary

The Community Services Program Manager provides technical leadership to ensure effective implementation and quality of kindergarten, supplementary, and accelerated programs across CSCs. The role promotes high-quality teaching, student and teacher well-being, and strong parental engagement, while ensuring alignment with MoEYS policies and organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Program Management

  • Lead and standardize program implementation across CSCs.
  • Monitor performance using key indicators and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Support student enrollment and achievement of recruitment targets.

2. Teaching & Learning Quality

  • Ensure high-quality teaching, staff performance, and student engagement.
  • Promote diverse learning approaches (active, collaborative, authentic learning).
  • Strengthen assessment practices and academic standards.
  • Ensure compliance with MoEYS policies and maintain a safe, child-friendly environment.

3. Academic & Program Support

  • Support curriculum implementation and school development initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to teachers through observations and feedback.
  • Strengthen parental engagement and community participation.

4. Kindergarten & Supplementary Programs

  • Provide technical and pedagogical support to Kindergarten and Supplementary teachers.
  • Ensure best teaching practices and continuous program improvement.
Main Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in program management or educational leadership.
  • Experience in kindergarten or supplementary education preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MoEYS standards and curriculum.
  • Proven experience in teacher coaching and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong leadership and program management.
  • Knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, and student assessment.
  • Coaching, communication, and data analysis skills.
  • Understanding of child protection and school safety.
