Job Summary:

Our client, a fast-growing company in the retail sector, is seeking a Head of Sales to lead sales strategy, strengthen distribution, and drive revenue growth. The role covers market expansion, multi-channel sales (general trade, modern trade, e-commerce), and building strong sales teams to achieve ambitious business targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national and regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage distribution networks, key accounts, and channel development to maximize coverage.
  • Lead, mentor, and train sales teams to ensure strong performance and capability growth.
  • Monitor sales operations, analyze market trends, and report opportunities/risks to leadership.
  • Drive successful product launches, promotional campaigns, and merchandising activities.
  • Ensure consistent growth in market share, territory penetration, and sales performance.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years proven experience in sales and distribution leadership.
  • Strong expertise in sales strategy, channel & territory management, and market expansion.
  • Hands-on experience managing GT, MT, and e-commerce sales.
  • Skilled in leadership, CRM, analytics, negotiation, and team development.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to adapt in fast-changing markets.
