Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Manager with a strong background in the Microfinance or Banking sector. The ideal candidate will lead and manage full-cycle recruitment, focusing on hiring field staff, branch managers, and credit officers to support business expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and execute recruitment strategies for field-level and branch positions.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for Branch Managers, Credit Officers, and field teams.
  • Coordinate closely with regional and branch leaders to understand manpower needs.
  • Develop recruitment pipelines and maintain talent databases within the MFI sector.
  • Guide and train HR officers on recruitment best practices.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and labor laws.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience in Microfinance or Banking.
  • Proven experience in high-volume field staff recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of MFI operations and branch network structures.
  • Good English communication skills (able to coordinate and report in English).
  • Leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills are essential.
