Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project leadership, strategic management, reporting analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills, with experience in high-rise building projects preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and completion.
  • Develop project strategies, plans, schedules, and resource requirements to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project teams and ensure effective coordination among internal departments, contractors, consultants, stakeholders, and relevant agencies.
  • Monitor project progress, performance, budgets, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Conduct project reporting and analysis, providing management with clear insights, progress updates, risks, and recommendations.
  • Identify potential project risks, issues, and delays and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Lead negotiations with contractors, consultants, suppliers, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Provide strategic input into project development and support business and operational objectives.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and company requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager managing projects from feasible study to project completion.
  • Experience in high-rise building or large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong capability in reporting analysis and project performance evaluation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
