Job Summary:

Our client is a growing real estate company in Cambodia, focused on community-centered projects for the emerging middle class. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple development projects, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure quality, cost, schedule, and compliance targets are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and master programs.
  • Manage approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee consultants, contractors, and contracts, ensuring clear responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and ESG compliance on site.
  • Manage project handover, defect rectification, and operational readiness.
  • Report progress, dashboards, and key updates to senior management.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Built Environment, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 9 years experience in real estate development or construction management.
  • Proven track record with high-rise or large-scale mixed-use projects.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
  • Budget and contract management proficiency.
  • Effective communication across disciplines and seniority levels.
  • Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ESG and sustainable building practices is a plus.

Working hours: 

Up to 40-44 hours per week; primary work days are Monday to Friday with work outside of official hours will be required on occasions, particularly for events where live shots and editing are required.
Location: Siem Reap & Phnom Penh.
Reports to: This position reports to the Senior Project Executive.
Direct Report: Project Team.
