ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full lifecycle of agent relationships such as onboarding, contract renewal, compliance checks.
  • Ensure agents compliance with roles and regulations.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to manage agent contracts and updates to licensing requirements.
  • Conduct periodic audits of agent documentation, licenses, and operational status.
  • Track agent sales performance Vs targets and provide recommendations to improve.
  • Analyze trends and prepare agents performance reports for management.
  • Support agents with sales forecasting, promotional planning, and stock level coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and the agent network to ensure timely communication of policies, updates, and product information.
  • Organize agent training sessions, product education, and compliance workshops.
  • Address agent queries and operational issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for agent administration processes.
  • Recommend improvements in workflows to enhance agent efficiency.
  • Collaborate with relevance teams to enhance digital tools for agent management.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG/beer/beverage practice.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills, able to present well with senior leaders
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Self-driven and results oriented o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with distributor/agent models used in FMCG/beer/beverage
  • Able to work odd hours and under stressful conditions
