Job Summary:

The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. The role requires strong coordination with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation providers while maintaining efficient shipping processes and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily shipping and logistics operations
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transport providers
• Ensure timely delivery and shipment documentation accuracy
• Monitor inventory movement and shipping schedules
• Prepare shipping reports and maintain records
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Chinese with HSK Level 5 or above (汉语水平考试)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Shipping, Logistics, or related fields
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
