About the Position
The Senior Architect is responsible for delivering coordinated, high-quality architectural design review and production across all project phases. This role covers feasibility, concept, schematic, detailed design development, consultant coordination, technical reviews, and BIM integration. The Senior Architect ensures that all architectural outputs align with project objectives, regulatory requirements, and multidisciplinary inputs, while proactively resolving design challenges and promoting innovation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Review architectural drawings, specifications, and BIM models submitted by consultants

Ensure design deliverables comply with project scope, timelines, and quality standards

Monitor production progress and identify delays or inconsistencies in consultant submissions

Coordinate with internal teams to validate design intent and constructability

Conduct feasibility assessments during early design stages to evaluate spatial, functional, and regulatory viability

Research and evaluate architectural products, materials, and systems for performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness

Support mock-up reviews and material sample evaluations
-
Document findings and provide recommendations to support design decisions

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to achieve integrated design solutions

Identify and resolve design conflicts, discrepancies, and compliance issues
-
Support management in handling RFIs, technical clarifications, and design changes
-
Represent ULS in design coordination meetings with consultants and contractors
-
Record design decisions, meeting outcomes, and action items for follow-up
Feasibility & Product Study (Approx. 20% of Role)

Liaise with local authorities and relevant parties to support permitting and regulatory compliance

Enforce client-side design standards and guidelines
-
Promote sustainable, cost-effective, and buildable design solutions

Share lessons learned and contribute to internal knowledge management
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Built Environment, or equivalent
-
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in design coordination or multidisciplinary project environments

Basic understanding of BIM processes, local building codes, and design documentation workflows

Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is an advantage

Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and construction management platforms

High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
