Job Summary:

Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Human Resources Manager (HRM). The HRM is responsible for embedding organizational culture, setting HR strategy, and leading HR initiatives to support a high-performance, employee-focused environment. The role covers full HR functions, from recruitment to compliance, while also supporting administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and direct hiring for senior roles.
  • Manage learning and development programs, including training budgets and staff capacity building.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, staff loans, and market salary surveys.
  • Drive performance management, appraisals, KPI formulation, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
  • Review and update HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures.
  • Support administrative functions such as procurement, office management, facilities, and staff activities.
  • Advise management on HR strategies, provide reports, and coordinate with regulators and auditors.

Main Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent degree.
  • 10+ years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in banking/finance.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Khmer.
