Job Summary:
Our client, founded in 2015, provides complete solutions in farm and landscape irrigation, greenhouse systems, and soil testing to support modern, precision, and climate-resilient farming in Cambodia. As the exclusive partner of leading global brands such as Rivulis (Israel), Hunter (USA), and Step System (Germany), our client delivers premium irrigation products and services to modernize Cambodias agriculture sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to expand market share and strengthen brand visibility.
- Lead and manage the sales & marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, landscapers, and key partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, competitor analysis, and networking.
- Plan and oversee marketing content, social media activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, workshops, and training programs to showcase products and services.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer feedback, providing reports and improvement recommendations.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in agriculture/irrigation).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in sales strategy, customer acquisition, and team management.
- Experience in social media marketing and digital campaigns is a plus.
- Fluency in Khmer; English proficiency is an advantage.
