Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Reports to: Executive Director
Summary
The Policy & Project Manager is responsible for:
- Developing and analyzing policies
- Leading and managing policy-related projects
- Engaging stakeholders
- Supporting communication and branding efforts
This role demands strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising
- Liaise with existing donors and explore new grant opportunities
- Assess grant data and CAMFEBAs ability to deliver proposed services
2. Project Delivery
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Manage timelines, budgets, and risks
- Coordinate internal and external teams
- Report to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy
- Track policy trends and legislative changes
- Research and draft policy recommendations
- Represent CAMFEBA in discussions, forums, and working groups
- Support branding and communication efforts, including newsletters and updates
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelors or Masters in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Business Admin, or related
- Experience: 35 years in policy, project management, or government relations
- Skills:
- Strong research and writing
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Good understanding of legislative and compliance processes
- Leadership and team management
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Able to work under pressure and full-time
