About the job Sales Representative
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client information, and follow-ups.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Provide pre-sales, technical presentations and demonstrating how a service meets client needs
- Provide assistance in conducting site surveys, compiling necessary information to support cost estimation, and preparing client quotations.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in service industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing.
