About the job Sales Representative

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client information, and follow-ups.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events when required.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Provide pre-sales, technical presentations and demonstrating how a service meets client needs
  • Provide assistance in conducting site surveys, compiling necessary information to support cost estimation, and preparing client quotations.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in service industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing.
