Job Summary

To deliver practical Mandarin training that enables retail staff to communicate confidently with Chinese-speaking customers and support sales performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver Mandarin training for retail staff
• Teach retail and duty-free product vocabulary
• Conduct role-plays and customer conversation coaching
• Provide on-the-job coaching on the shop floor
• Develop training materials and assessments
• Track attendance, assess progress, and prepare reports

Main Requirements:

• Native Mandarin speaker or HSK Level 5+ with teaching experience
• Good English communication skills
• Strong teaching and interpersonal skills
• Experience in retail or customer service training is an advantage
• Able to work in an airport environment
