Job Summary: 

To support the development, implementation, and quality assurance of curriculum and standardized assessments in general education programs in alignment with NGO project goals and national education standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, adapt, and review curriculum materials to ensure relevance, inclusiveness, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Ensure quality implementation of curriculum across target schools and communities.
  • Support the development and administration of standardized assessments and analyze data for program improvement.
  • Maintain curriculum databases, documentation, and donor reporting requirements.
  • Provide capacity building, training, and ongoing technical support to teachers, partners, and local stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, government counterparts, and partners to strengthen education outcomes.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably within NGO or development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of education standards, assessment methods, and program quality assurance.
  • Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders.
  • Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
