Job Summary:
Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is looking for an Assistant Manager Production to lead and optimize production operations. This role requires strong leadership, proven experience in managing production teams, and a stable employment record.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
  • Ensure production processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor production metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.

Main Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience leading production teams, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong computer skills for reporting and production monitoring.
  • Proven ability in manpower management.
  • Stable employment record no frequent job changes; at least 2 years in the most recent position.
