Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Digital Channels will lead the strategy, operations, and optimization of the banks digital platforms. This role will oversee the Mobile Banking, Corporate Internet Banking, Payment Gateway, Merchant Management System, Partner Integration, Portals, E-Commerce, and Marketplace. This position requires a balance of business acumen, technology know how, and leadership skills to deliver seamless digital customer experiences while ensuring compliance, security and operational efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the digital channel strategy aligned with the banks overall digital transformation roadmap.
  • Drive adoption and growth of digital channels across retail, SME, and corporate customers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile banking, corporate internet banking, merchant, payment gateway, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure digital channels meet regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements, including cybersecurity standard.
  • Drive innovation in customer experience, including biometric authentication, passkeys, QR payments and Ai-driven personalization.

Main Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of experiences in digital banking, fintech, or payment, with at least 3 years in manager role.
  • Strong understanding of banking platforms, APIs, integration and digital payment infrastructure
  • Experience with Merchant ecosystem, payment gateways, and e-Commerce/marketplace solution.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery, digital product management, and customer journey design
