Job Description

- Arrange meetings with customers to identify opportunities, introduce our portfolio, and start projects

- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate products and solutions

- Summarize the customer visit report immediately after the visit

- Capture customer visits and projects in the Company's  state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, Salesforce.com, immediately after each visit

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails

- Service existing customers and always identify new opportunities

- Continuously identify, develop, and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve the sales target.

- Execute the company's sales & marketing strategy.

- Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required

- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

- Review your own sales performance, ensuring to meet or exceed targets

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Food Science or related field

- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in chemical sales

- Excellent command of English (verbal & written) and computer literacy.

- A passion to (over-) achieve the sales target

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive and positive thinking

- Self-starter/Self-driven

- Able to work under pressure
