About the job Officer, Loan Assessment

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist by recommending some guidelines
  • Check loan application
  • Review and support loan operation and loan review
  • Report to management with an objective of loan quality
  • Review loan documentation regarding to loan reject, loan renew and new loan
  • Take site-visit of business premise/ collateral to verify loan application
  • Prepare monthly loan assessment classification by type of industries, customers, proposal, and interest rate
  • Conduct training courses of loan policy
  • Suggest and recommend some techniques of non-performing loan to take effective measures
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years Banking Industry experience related to Loan Management/ Loan Assessment
  • Experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analysis (for officer level up)
  • Experience in the preparation of financial schedules
  • Experience in building complex financial models/ratio analysis to evaluate various financial plans
  • Experience of leading, coaching and developing staff regarding to loan assessment
  • Good command in spoken and written English is required
  • Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
