Officer, Loan Assessment
About the job Officer, Loan Assessment
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist by recommending some guidelines
- Check loan application
- Review and support loan operation and loan review
- Report to management with an objective of loan quality
- Review loan documentation regarding to loan reject, loan renew and new loan
- Take site-visit of business premise/ collateral to verify loan application
- Prepare monthly loan assessment classification by type of industries, customers, proposal, and interest rate
- Conduct training courses of loan policy
- Suggest and recommend some techniques of non-performing loan to take effective measures
- Other tasks assigned by management
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years Banking Industry experience related to Loan Management/ Loan Assessment
- Experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analysis (for officer level up)
- Experience in the preparation of financial schedules
- Experience in building complex financial models/ratio analysis to evaluate various financial plans
- Experience of leading, coaching and developing staff regarding to loan assessment
- Good command in spoken and written English is required
- Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
