JOB SUMMARY:

The Channel Sales Executive (Project Sales) is responsible for driving project-based revenue through channel partners, system integrators, and contractors by developing sales pipelines, supporting project bids, and strengthening partner relationships.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
  • Generate project pipelines through regular partner engagement and reviews.
  • Support partners with product training, project registration, pricing, and bidding requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors, technical, operations, and marketing teams to support project execution.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling across the product portfolio.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue, and margin KPIs.
  • Monitor, forecast, and report project pipelines and sales performance.
  • Provide market and competitor insights to management.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in channel or project sales (IT, hardware, electrical, or related industries preferred).
  • Strong network with contractors, consultants, and system integrators in Cambodia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with CRM systems (advantage).
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms.
