JOB SUMMARY:
The Channel Sales Executive (Project Sales) is responsible for driving project-based revenue through channel partners, system integrators, and contractors by developing sales pipelines, supporting project bids, and strengthening partner relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
- Generate project pipelines through regular partner engagement and reviews.
- Support partners with product training, project registration, pricing, and bidding requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors, technical, operations, and marketing teams to support project execution.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling across the product portfolio.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue, and margin KPIs.
- Monitor, forecast, and report project pipelines and sales performance.
- Provide market and competitor insights to management.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in channel or project sales (IT, hardware, electrical, or related industries preferred).
- Strong network with contractors, consultants, and system integrators in Cambodia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with CRM systems (advantage).
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms.
