Finance experience is not required; we value creativity, insight, and courage to challenge norms.
Main Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Growth
- Proactively identify and recruit top talent from competitors and other industries (hospitality, IT, etc.)
- Communicate the companys vision and growth potential to attract high-performing candidates
Culture & Organizational Development
- Understand employee dynamics and resolve conflicts to boost engagement
- Build a dynamic, high-performance, and collaborative organizational culture
HR Strategy & Analytics
- Drive HR decisions using data: turnover, productivity, engagement metrics
- Recommend and implement actionable solutions to the CEO
First 90 Days Focus
- Listen & observe to diagnose real pain points
- Prioritize key actions and create quick wins
- Lead talent acquisition and culture transformation initiatives
Main Requirements
- Young, innovative, tech-savvy professional
- Diverse backgrounds welcome (hospitality, recruitment, IT startups); finance not required
- Strong English (Korean a plus)
- Core traits: Empathy, Grit, Cultural Intelligence
