Main Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Growth

  • Proactively identify and recruit top talent from competitors and other industries (hospitality, IT, etc.)
  • Communicate the companys vision and growth potential to attract high-performing candidates

Culture & Organizational Development

  • Understand employee dynamics and resolve conflicts to boost engagement
  • Build a dynamic, high-performance, and collaborative organizational culture

HR Strategy & Analytics

  • Drive HR decisions using data: turnover, productivity, engagement metrics
  • Recommend and implement actionable solutions to the CEO

First 90 Days Focus

  • Listen & observe to diagnose real pain points
  • Prioritize key actions and create quick wins
  • Lead talent acquisition and culture transformation initiatives

Main Requirements

  • Young, innovative, tech-savvy professional
  • Diverse backgrounds welcome (hospitality, recruitment, IT startups); finance not required
  • Strong English (Korean a plus)
