Job Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing, and supporting the companys IT infrastructure, systems, and technology services across real estate development, retail operations, and related business entities. This hands-on role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of all technology platforms supporting offices, development projects, residential properties, and operational businesses.
The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations, data security, and scalable IT systems that support business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Oversee and maintain servers, networks, storage, firewalls, email systems, and cloud services
- Ensure system availability, performance, backups, and disaster recovery across all locations
- Plan and implement system upgrades, expansions, and periodic technology reviews
End-User Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide hands-on or coordinated support for hardware and software issues (desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, mobile devices, and POS systems)
- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, email clients, connectivity, and peripherals
- Establish support procedures and response timelines to minimize downtime
Business Systems & Application Support
- Manage and support core business applications such as accounting systems, property management systems, POS, and collaboration tools
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through system enhancements and automation
Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Compliance
- Implement and maintain basic cybersecurity controls, including antivirus, firewall policies, and user access management
- Monitor system security and ensure secure handling of company and customer data
- Manage data backup, recovery, and basic incident reporting
Vendor Management & IT Procurement
- Liaise with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants
- Manage procurement of hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and maintenance contracts
- Monitor vendor performance, costs, and contract compliance
Documentation, Policy & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, licenses, and procedures
- Develop and enforce IT policies related to system usage and data security
- Support management with IT planning, reporting, and budgeting
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or support roles
- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or IT management position
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
- Knowledge of servers, networks, email systems, backups, and basic cloud services
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and access control
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Able to work independently while supporting multiple departments
