Job Summary: 

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to management, aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives. This role supports organizational growth by driving people strategy, strengthening company culture, and ensuring effective HR operations within the cosmetic product business.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Strategic People Planning

  • Partner closely with the Managing Director to plan headcount, organizational structure, and workforce growth
  • Monitor workforce changes and support manpower forecasting and succession planning
  • Review, improve, and modernize HR policies, procedures, and internal workflows to align with business needs and labor compliance

2. Recruitment & Retention

  • Lead and guide recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
  • Improve hiring processes, tools, and employer branding
  • Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees
  • Analyze employee turnover and propose retention strategies to improve engagement and reduce attrition

3. Performance Management & Development

  • Design and implement performance review systems, KPIs, and feedback tools
  • Partner with line managers to clarify roles, expectations, and performance standards
  • Support employee development plans, career paths, and promotion planning
  • Identify training needs and support leadership development initiatives

4. Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Propose and implement initiatives to strengthen company culture, engagement, and motivation
  • Balance organizational structure with a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture
  • Act as a trusted listener to employees, identify pain points, and co-create solutions with management

5. HR Operations Support & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the HR Officer to ensure smooth HR operations including payroll, attendance, leave, and onboarding
  • Review HR data and prepare monthly HR reports and insights for management
  • Provide recommendations based on people analytics to support decision-making

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, cosmetic, retail, or consumer product industries
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience working closely with senior management or business leaders
