Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and managing all sales and marketing activities to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand awareness of the company's decor and paint products. This role involves supervising the sales team, executing marketing strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Oversee daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and key customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery
  • Foster a strong teamwork culture across departments
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings
  • Report directly to line manager
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Chairwoman / Managing Director

Marketing:

  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities for decor and paint products
  • Support product launches, promotions, exhibitions, and trade events
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Ensure consistent brand image across all marketing materials
  • Manage promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and social media activities
  • Collaborate with management to implement effective sales and marketing strategies

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in paint, decor, construction, or related industries
  • Proven experience in leading or supervising a sales/marketing team
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales/marketing tools

Working Conditions

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday
  • Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work Nature: Fieldwork and travel required for market visits, client meetings, and events
