Job Summary

The Supervisor, Content Production leads the execution of multimedia content strategies within the Brand Marketing team. This role oversees two Content Producers, ensuring high-quality production across all formats (video, social, audio, etc.) to align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, mentor, and manage Content Producers throughout content creation.
  • Oversee timelines, resources, and quality control of multimedia content.
  • Support campaign-based content planning with the Brand Marketing Manager.
  • Manage workflows for scriptwriting, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Coordinate with Brand, Design, and Digital teams for integrated communications.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and compliance with branding and copyright standards.
  • Stay updated on content trends, platforms, and tools to enhance engagement.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports and handle other tasks as assigned.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Media Production, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
  • Proficient in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut), photography/video basics, social media, and project management software.
  • Strong leadership, storytelling, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and open to creative innovation.
