They work closely with local farmers and processors to ensure quality standards while connecting Cambodian products such as cashew nuts, black pepper, and chili to international markets. Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the GM in strategic planning and execution of export business development.
- Lead new product development, market entry, and promotion of processed and semi-processed export commodities.
- Oversee sourcing, quality control, logistics, and compliance with international export standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, processors, buyers, and relevant government agencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to inform strategy.
- Support team management, budgeting, and performance reporting to the GM/CEO.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field (Masters preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in agribusiness/export/trade, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of agricultural value chains, preferably cashew nuts, black pepper, or chili.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Khmer is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
