Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort's restaurant, coffee shop, and food vendors, ensuring excellent food quality, customer service, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily food and beverage operations across all outlets.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales, marketing, and weekend event plans.
- Introduce creative ideas to increase customer traffic and revenue.
- Manage supplier sourcing, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff.
- Monitor budgets, food costs, pricing, and inventory control.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend business improvements.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food & beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety, cost control, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
