Job Summary:
Our client, a leading Microfinance Institution (MFI), is looking for a Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and manage the sales team. This role oversees branch performance, key client relationships, and ensures alignment with overall business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies; identify new markets and business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team; set targets, KPIs, and monitor performance.
  • Oversee loan operations (disbursement, collection, resolution) and support branch performance.
  • Drive revenue growth and business development; negotiate deals and manage key client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
  • Strong network in Cambodian SMEs and microfinance market.
  • Knowledge of microfinance products, credit assessment, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills; fluent in Khmer and English.
  • High integrity, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
