Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager – Talent & Learning to drive people development, strengthen leadership capability, and build a high-performance culture within our organization. This role plays a key part in shaping talent strategy and supporting sustainable organizational growth.

Main Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services
  • Partner with leadership to align people strategy with organizational goals

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Lead manpower planning and build strong talent pipelines

3. Learning & Development

  • Develop and execute learning strategies to enhance employee capability
  • Implement leadership development and succession planning programs
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning

4. Talent Management

  • Oversee performance management systems
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Support career development and internal mobility

5. HR Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor KPIs related to workforce performance and development

Main Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Learning & Development
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in NGO or mission-driven organizations is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good English proficiency
