Job SummaryTo support the HR Manager in delivering efficient and compliant HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, training administration, employee engagement, and HR record management, ensuring alignment with company policies and Cambodian labor laws.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment process including consolidating hiring requisition forms, candidate sourcing, and independently handling interviews and selection for non-managerial positions
- Conduct reference checks, support offer negotiation, and prepare employment offer letters
- Prepare onboarding schedules and materials; coordinate with line managers for new joiner onboarding
- Conduct first-day orientation, new hire follow-up interviews, and exit interviews for non-managerial staff
- Facilitate probation appraisal processes and ensure timely completion of appraisal forms
- Assist in planning and organizing employee events (annual party, staff gatherings, internal communication programs, etc.)
- Ensure HR information system is updated accurately and timely
- Maintain and ensure 100% accuracy of personnel files
- Prepare weekly staff movement reports and recruitment tracking records
- Assist HR Manager in conducting training needs surveys and support implementation of training and development plans
- Coordinate training logistics including invitations, workshop setup, record keeping, and evaluation follow-up
- Assist in monthly payroll and income tax processing
- Administer employee benefits including medical, life, and travel insurance
- Prepare insurance renewal proposals and cost comparison within budget
Main Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience
- Sound knowledge of key HR processes and responsibilities
- Well-versed in Cambodian labor law, regulations, and benefit systems
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
