Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Marketing Merchandising Supervisor to manage in-store and dealer branding, execute marketing and promotional activities, support market expansion, and build strong relationships with promoters, sales teams, and dealers. Candidates should have a relevant bachelors degree, at least 3 years of marketing experience, good English skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning, develop, and execute in-store/ dealers branding visibility by following marketing guidelines.
  • Improve and maintain display share to alight with trading and market expansion strategy.
  • Communication and work closely with promoters to collect dealer information as well as competitor activities and POP guideline display.
  • Execute and maintain all promotional and seasonal display as schedule.
  • Track competitor activities such as promotional tactics, pricing, and other activities are timely and accurate to report to management.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with promotors, sale team, and dealers.
  • Preparing and implementation of marketing strategic
  • Support dealers and end-users on product usage information and issues as well as new technology updating.
  • Work closely with sale team to do market expansion.
  • Promoter trainer and dealers sale talk guidance.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelors degree in management or business communication
  • 3-year experience in marketing communication, public relations, or advertising agency
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts
  • Knowledge of event organizing and controlling
  • Skill in solving promotion and decision marking
  • Good at English (Speaking, writing, listening, and translation)
  • Excellent morality & professionalism
