Job Summary: 

Area Sales Manager to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets within an assigned region. The role involves managing a sales team, developing new markets, maintaining customer relationships, monitoring competitor activities, and preparing sales reports.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To achieving sales volume target
  • Visit customer shops in coverage area both urban and remote areas
  • Maintain existing customers with proper relationships, and sell products to new customers
  • Develop markets through sales amount and new product models
  • Plan and execute product displays and propose merchandising in good locations
  • Collect information on prices and competitors and update to sales director
  • Build customer relationships and solve pending tasks
  • Maintain customer database
  • Generate sales report for daily, weekly, and monthly reports to sales director
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related fields
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably with 1+ years in a supervisory role
  • Be able to communicate in English and well understand computer literacy
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area
