About the job Sale Technical Manager
- Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
Responsible for sales of Biochar as a soil amendment to larger clients like large farms, plantations etc.
Develop, maintain and coordinate business relationships between clients and Company.
Periodical reviews of performance with customers, give feedback on the achievement of volume targets set in the contracts and discuss collaborative solutions to achieve growth.
Possess drive, motivation and attention to detail ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
Sale forecast, planning and execute a sales plan for the region.
Tracking sale goals and reporting results as necessary.
Weekly reporting on sales activities in CRM system.
Monitoring sale data from every channel around target areas.
Constantly collect market information and generate market trend reports.
Overseeing the activities and performance of Sales & Technical Officers.
Ongoing training of your Sales & Technical Officers.
Developing sale teams through motivation, counseling, product knowledge educations.
Other duties assigned by Head of Sales & Marketing.
Managing organizational sales by developing cover sales, revenues and expense control.
Promoting company profiles and products.
Knowledge of competitor movements in markets.
2. Logistics and deliveries
Coordinate between the logistics department and the client's to ensure delivery
agreements are met.
3. Customer service.
Support clients with solutions for technical queries.
Customer service to farmers with questions about products and application methods.
Keep good relationships with customers.
4. Marketing and communication
Support the implementation of demo farms to showcase HUSK benefits.
Support the design of promotions.
Distribute marketing material where needed.
Carry out training sessions of HUSK products for technicians and farmers.
Organize matchmaking business events
Communication with farmers to learn about their needs, and get feedback about the products for our product development team.
5. Reporting
Follow the company guidelines on data collection and regular reporting in the company
CRM system. All sales activities must be recorded in the companys CRM system.
Requirements:
Education and Experience
Agronomist and business degree or other relevant education in sales and marketing At least 5 years experience in managing sales in the Agri-input industry especially on soil amendments.
Fluent in Khmer
Spoken and written English
Key skills and knowledge
Active listening skills, understanding the needs of the client and farmers.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Training skills.
Sales planning, time management and reporting skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office
package (Excel, Word) and Google suite (Gmail, Google Calendar and Drive) and knowledge of
CRM systems.
Social person with personal connections in the Agri Input sector.
