Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets by developing and managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires proactive sales activities, effective coordination with customers, and delivering excellent after-sales service to support business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Develop and manage customer accounts to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify and explore new sales opportunities with assigned partners.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market monitoring.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate solutions for complaints.
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals accurately and timely.
- Create and execute sales plans and strategies for assigned accounts.
- Analyze and monitor sales performance; prepare daily and weekly sales plans.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of IT and IT-related products is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
- Good command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, aggressive, and eager to learn new skills and knowledge.
- Positive attitude, flexible, hardworking, with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of commitment and willingness to take on challenges.
- Good computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
- Strong commitment to achieving sales objectives.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent adaptability to change and dynamic business environments.
