Job Summary: 

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and drive high-quality deal conversions. This role plays a key part in expanding our market presence and strengthening long-term business relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive revenue generation, partnership development, and deal conversion.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies and plans.
  • Identify, source, negotiate, onboard, and manage strategic partners.
  • Handle qualified inquiries, prepare proposals, pricing, and lead negotiations.
  • Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, forecasting, and conversion tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Coordinate closely with Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Management teams.
  • Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
  • Approve pricing discussions, proposals, and partner terms within authority.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports 

Main Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure.
  • Experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
  • Good understanding of pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM or sales tools knowledge is a plus.
  • Good command of English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
