Job Summary:
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assistant Manager HR & GA to oversee human resources operations and general administration. This role requires an experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of labor laws, and a stable career track record.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws and other local regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Supervise general administrative functions including office management, facilities, and support services.
  • Maintain accurate HR and administrative records and prepare reports for management.
  • Act as a key advisor to management on HR and legal compliance matters.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and related regulations.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Stable employment history no frequent job changes; minimum of 2 years in the most recent role.
