Job Summary:
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assistant Manager HR & GA to oversee human resources operations and general administration. This role requires an experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of labor laws, and a stable career track record.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws and other local regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Supervise general administrative functions including office management, facilities, and support services.
- Maintain accurate HR and administrative records and prepare reports for management.
- Act as a key advisor to management on HR and legal compliance matters.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and related regulations.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Stable employment history no frequent job changes; minimum of 2 years in the most recent role.
