Head of Business Development (Chinese Speaking)

Job Summary:

The Head of Business Development is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of all student admissions, school marketing, and brand growth initiatives for School Cambodia. This role is critical in driving enrollment targets, strengthening the school's market presence, and supporting the successful expansion of new School branches. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Main responsibility

• Responsible for driving student admissions, school marketing, and brand growth for School Cambodia.
• Oversees admissions strategy, marketing campaigns, data analysis, and team leadership to achieve enrollment targets and strengthen market presence.
• Plays a key part in expanding new school branches through research, planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Main requirement 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a business development or strategic marketing role, ideally in the education sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Chinese and English
