Head of Business Development (Chinese Speaking)

Compensation: Attractive salary up to 6000$ per month & benefits package, including free tuition for the employees' children.

Job Summary:

Our client, one of the top international schools in Phnom Penh, is hiring a Head of Business Development to lead strategic growth across student admissions, marketing, and brand positioning. This role plays a key part in driving enrollment targets and supporting the expansion of new school branches.

We're looking for a candidate with strong sales, leadership, and communication abilitiesideally someone who thrives in a results-driven, high-impact education environment.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for driving student admissions, marketing, and brand growth for International School.
• Oversees admissions strategy, marketing campaigns, data analysis, and team leadership to achieve enrollment targets and strengthen market presence.
• Plays a key part in expanding new school branches through research, planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Main requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development and marketing role in the education sector.
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
