Summary:
Our client, a leading education institution, is seeking a Training Executive Director to lead and manage training programs, staff, and operations. The role focuses on achieving business goals, developing new services, managing projects and research initiatives, and driving marketing and sales efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage business operations, ensuring high-quality services and profitability.
- Develop and expand training programs, recruit trainers, consultants, and researchers.
- Prepare and execute marketing and sales strategies; meet potential clients and partners.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking to promote programs.
- Identify, prepare, and manage grant applications and research proposals.
- Oversee project budgets, compliance, and reporting for funded initiatives.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Education, Training & Development, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in training, education management, or professional development; at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Good command of English (spoken & written); Khmer or other regional languages is a plus.
Strong skills in public speaking, report writing, and presentations.
