Summary:
Our client, a leading education institution, is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong partnerships locally and internationally, enhancing brand visibility, and developing strategic communication to support the organizations mission.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales, marketing, and PR strategies to achieve business growth.
- Manage digital marketing channels, campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain local and international partnerships to strengthen business opportunities and branding.
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking activities.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team to deliver results.
- Monitor KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
- At least 2 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building partnerships.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
