Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Project oversees strategic and operational delivery of assigned projects, ensuring client satisfaction, financial performance, and high-performing teams. This is a client-facing role with P&L ownership and accountability for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships, service delivery, and governance meetings.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams, fostering engagement and succession planning.
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance, implement process improvements, and drive adoption of automation and AI tools.
• Oversee project financials, resource planning, and margin optimization.
• Collaborate with leadership on account strategy, business roadmaps, and long-term operational initiatives.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (Masters preferred)
• 5-7 years in project/operations management, including 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong skills in people management, client relations, and process optimization.
• English: CEFR C2; familiarity with AI/ML applications in business is a plus.
