Job Summary:
Our client, a leading company in the retail sector, is seeking a seasoned Finance Head to drive financial strategy, strengthen governance, and support business growth. The role is critical in managing cash flow, optimizing working capital, and ensuring profitability across retail and franchise operations. The Finance Head will act as a strategic partner to leadership, enabling sustainable expansion and shareholder value creation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead cash flow planning, treasury, and working capital optimization.
• Build financial models, manage capital structure, and franchise financial planning.
• Drive cost control, ROI on marketing spend, and store-level profitability.
• Oversee compliance, audit, tax, and financial reporting (IFRS/local GAAP).
• Provide financial insights through analytics to support strategic decisions.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business (Masters/ACCA/CPA preferred).
• 12+ years in finance, with 5+ years in retail, FMCG, or omnichannel.
• Strong experience in startups, scaling operations, and multi-entity structures.
• Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and working capital.
• Knowledge of franchise models, inventory financing, and supply chain dynamics.
• Proficient in ERP (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), Excel, and FP&A systems.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
