Job Summary:

Our client in the retail industry is looking for a Marketing leader to drive brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and digital growth across all channels. The role includes consumer insights, campaign execution, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen the brand and boost business performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision Define and drive long-term marketing plans aligned with business goals; lead market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competition.
  • Brand Strategy Strengthen brand positioning, craft visual and verbal identity, and implement branding initiatives for campaigns, product launches, and rebranding.
  • Campaign Execution Plan and execute marketing campaigns across in-store, digital, social media, and email channels; monitor performance and optimize ROI.
  • Market Insights Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable strategies for marketing, merchandising, and store operations.
  • Digital Mastery Drive performance across digital platforms and e-commerce channels.
  • Innovation Leadership Foster creativity and lead disruptive marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Align marketing with sales, product, and customer teams.
  • Decision-Making Make fast, data-driven marketing and brand investment choices.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred; certifications in digital marketing or brand management advantageous.
  • Marketing experience with leadership in cross-functional teams and managing large budgets.
  • Proven track record in integrated marketing campaigns, brand building, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing internal teams and external agencies.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand strategy, market segmentation, pricing, and data-driven growth.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, e-commerce trends, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
