Job Summary:
The Deputy General Manager (DGM) supports the General Manager in driving strategy, operations, and business growth. This role oversees daily operations, leads cross-functional teams, ensures profitability, and supports expansion aligned with our clients sustainability and innovation goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support GM in strategy and annual plans.
  • Lead operations: production, procurement, logistics, QA, and business development.
  • Improve supply chain, cost control, and product innovation.
  • Manage teams with leadership and performance coaching.
  • Align with sales/marketing to meet market demand.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Drive business development and execute projects.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Oversee pricing, financial planning, and profitability.
  • Act as Acting GM when required.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Agribusiness, Business, Food Science, Supply Chain (Masters preferred).
  • 5-7 years in agribusiness/food production, 3+ years in senior leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of agriculture, supply chains, and food markets.
  • Leadership, business acumen, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
  • English proficiency; knowledge of sustainability and food safety is an advantage.
