Job Summary:

To drive revenue growth by proactively selling cloud solutions and services, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective coordination between clients and internal technical teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales of cloud services to new and existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the Head of Cloud & Tech Operations.
  • Manage client communications including inquiries, onboarding, renewals, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide market/competitor insights to improve services.
  • Attend client meetings, sales calls, and industry events as required.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cloud services, IT solutions, or technology sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate client needs into actionable solutions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
