Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary:
Our client, a leading company in Finance & Investment, is looking for a CEO to provide strategic leadership, drive sustainable growth, and oversee all aspects of the business, including investment strategy, capital raising, portfolio management, and operations. The CEO will ensure long-term profitability, market leadership, and build a high-performing culture.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the companys long-term strategy and investment plan; set growth and performance targets.
• Oversee the investment portfolio, capital allocation, divestments, and risk management.
• Drive capital raising efforts and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and regulators.
• Lead business development, source new investment opportunities, and close high-value deals.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, budgets, forecasting, and operational resources.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the executive team, fostering a collaborative.

Main Requirements:

• Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (ACCA/CFA preferred).
• 10-15 years in senior leadership, preferably in investment firms, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record in raising funds, closing complex deals, and delivering strong financial returns.
• Expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, portfolio management, and market trends. 
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strategic visionary with practical execution capability; high integrity and ethical standards.
• Fluent in English and Khmer.
