Job Summary:
A Senior Training & Development and Performance is a role focused on fostering an environment of continuous learning and development within an organization. This professional is tasked with creating, implementing, and managing training programs that support the professional growth of all employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments through job analysis, performance appraisals, and supervisor consultation.
- Assist in developing annual training plans and budgets.
- Design and coordinate training programs, materials, schedules, and methodologies.
- Manage training implementation, reporting, and follow-up on staff competencies.
- Monitor training quality and recommend improvements.
- Build networks with internal and external training providers.
- Support employee satisfaction surveys.
- Coordinate PMS manuals, tools, training, and reporting.
- Prepare performance analysis reports and recommend performance-based rewards.
- Perform other duties assigned by HRM/CEO.

Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Education or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of training experience.
- Strong English communication and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Canva.
- Knowledge of instructional design, PMS, and SMART objectives.
- Strong planning, leadership, and teamwork skills.
