Job Summary

The Operations Manager oversees academic operations, quality assurance, and data management across General Education programs. The role ensures high-quality education delivery aligned with organizational standards and MoEYS requirements, while supporting strategic planning, system improvement, and dropout prevention initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership

  • Lead Student Affairs Officers, Administration, and related teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Strengthen policy implementation and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with school/program managers to support overall program success.

2. Academic Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure education delivery meets internal standards and MoEYS requirements.
  • Monitor academic compliance, calendars, and regulations.
  • Conduct quality assurance and support continuous improvement.
  • Identify gaps and implement student retention and dropout prevention strategies.

3. Operations & Process Optimization

  • Oversee academic systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Standardize tools, templates, and reporting across GE programs.
  • Coordinate academic planning, scheduling, and activities.
  • Improve efficiency through process enhancements.

4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Manage and centralize academic data, statistics, and reporting.
  • Analyze data to support planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate dashboards, databases, and documentation.

5. Student Administration & Exams

  • Oversee academic records, assessments, and examination processes.
  • Ensure accuracy of transcripts, reports, and student data.
  • Maintain compliance in student evaluation and movement tracking.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate with internal teams, parents, and external stakeholders including MoEYS.
  • Support inspections, audits, and academic events.

Main Requirements: 

  • Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years in General Education.
  • At least 5 years in leadership or management roles.
  • Strong experience in school operations, data analysis, and academic systems.
  • Good understanding of modern pedagogy and competency-based education.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in Khmer and English.
