Job Summary:
Our client is a leading pawn shop business offering financial and lending services. They are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to handle employee relations, recruitment, training, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role requires strong people skills, problem-solving ability, and good HR knowledge to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns and grievances.
- Conduct investigations and disciplinary actions when needed.
- Guide and support managers on employee issues.
- Foster good employee morale and a healthy work environment.
- Assist with recruitment: job posting, screening, and initial interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Manage employee data and keep HRIS records updated.
- Identify training needs and arrange training programs.
- Conduct or coordinate safety, compliance, and development training.
- Track employee training records for compliance.
- Assist in managing employee benefits (insurance, retirement, welfare programs).
- Handle employee benefit inquiries, enrollment, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular HR policy audits.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Support management with special projects.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
