Job Summary

The Executive, Destination Operation is responsible for implementing and managing tour operations in assigned destinations, reporting directly to the Supervisor/Manager. The role covers end-to-end execution of tour operations with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction, including handling customized tours.

Main Responsibilities:

  •  Execute daily tour operations for assigned destinations and products.
  • Support development and implementation of tour packages through effective administrative processes.
  • Handle customized quotations and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Deliver smooth operations across pre-trip, on-trip, and post-trip activities.
  • Manage tour operations for assigned destinations.
  • Handle MICE, TSP, and customized tour quotations and requests.
  • Negotiate with land suppliers for competitive costs and favorable terms.
  • Participate in tour inspections to support product development.
  • Monitor and control costs; prepare monthly cost calculations and reports.
  • Address and resolve operational issues during tours.
  • Conduct product training (destination operations, tour service, TL & event team).
  • Prepare weekly quotations and monthly reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Main Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors in Tourism & Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in tour operations.
  • Languages: Good command of Khmer & English (Chinese is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with integrity and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with digital/social apps and reporting tools.
