Job Summary
The Executive, Destination Operation is responsible for implementing and managing tour operations in assigned destinations, reporting directly to the Supervisor/Manager. The role covers end-to-end execution of tour operations with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction, including handling customized tours.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute daily tour operations for assigned destinations and products.
- Support development and implementation of tour packages through effective administrative processes.
- Handle customized quotations and ensure cost efficiency.
- Deliver smooth operations across pre-trip, on-trip, and post-trip activities.
- Manage tour operations for assigned destinations.
- Handle MICE, TSP, and customized tour quotations and requests.
- Negotiate with land suppliers for competitive costs and favorable terms.
- Participate in tour inspections to support product development.
- Monitor and control costs; prepare monthly cost calculations and reports.
- Address and resolve operational issues during tours.
- Conduct product training (destination operations, tour service, TL & event team).
- Prepare weekly quotations and monthly reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Main Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors in Tourism & Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in tour operations.
- Languages: Good command of Khmer & English (Chinese is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with integrity and professionalism.
- Familiarity with digital/social apps and reporting tools.
