Job Summary
The Project Manager oversees planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Executive Office, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role manages timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-department collaboration to achieve successful outcomes, while leading the project team and reporting progress to executive leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Define scopes, deliverables, timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including executives and external partners.
- Implement project management tools, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate across departments to align projects with business goals.
- Supervise and mentor the project management team, fostering continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage vendor/contractor relationships.

Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (PMP certification preferred).
- Minimum 3 years project management experience, ideally in travel/tourism or related industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and multitasking under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail with proven organizational ability.
