Job Summary

The Project Manager oversees planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Executive Office, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role manages timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-department collaboration to achieve successful outcomes, while leading the project team and reporting progress to executive leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Define scopes, deliverables, timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including executives and external partners.
  • Implement project management tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate across departments to align projects with business goals.
  • Supervise and mentor the project management team, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and manage vendor/contractor relationships.

Main Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and multitasking under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with proven organizational ability.
