SUMMARY:

The Grant & Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and implementing grant applications,
funding opportunities, and project implementation. This role involves researching funding sources,
writing proposals, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and coordinating project activities
to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication,
and analytical skills to secure funding and oversee successful project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project and Proposal Development:

  • Research and identify potential grant opportunities.
  • Work with project team to prepare, write, and submit compelling project proposals.
  • Maintain a project calendar to track deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with grant guidelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with finance and program teams to monitor grant expenditures and outcomes.

Project Coordination and Implementation:

  • Oversee project planning, implementation, and evaluation in alignment with grant objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for funders and leadership.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and events related to grant-funded projects.

Administrative support:

  • Maintain accurate records of grant agreements, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and funder regulations.
  • Assist in audits and evaluations related to grant-funded programs.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate in business administration or related fields
- At least 2-years experience in project coordination and fund raising is advantage
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and E-mail
- Knowledgeable in market research or other fields
- Good at communication and customer satisfaction
- Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within the deadline
- Be flexible, initiative and creativity
- Honest, highly committed and following the work ethics
- Be able to work in the team and individually
- Be able to work full-time and ability to work under pressure
- Good in both verbal and written English
