Office Assistant
Job Description:
Independent Film Script Clearance company is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to work onsite to help keep office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, assist with email management, and manage scheduling. This role requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Track and manage owner's schedule. Maintain owner's work schedule, including deadlines, reports, and key tasks.
- Email Management: Monitor owner's personal and business email accounts throughout the day. Respond to emails from clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Financial Tasks: Deposit checks and payments as they come in.
- General Office Administration: Order office supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Client Support: Sending inquiries, quotes, and other communications to clients.
- Proven experience in office administration or as an assistant.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping practices and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple email accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms.
